Check in- front desk staff was great; very sweet; remade my key twice because it wasn't working; swapped my room to avoid a third remake Breakfast- lots of great options, tasted great, friendly attendant, very nice to all guests, ensuring everyone was finished before he started cleaning up Maintenance gentleman- waited for my daughter to finish eating before swapping out the trash and didn't make us feel like we had to rush; WENT ABOVE & BEYOND, LOOKING AT MY CAR FOR ME!! (He noticed me on the ground looking at a piece of plastic that was dragging, got down there & cut it off with my permission) Hotel overall- super cute, decorated for fall, I love the layout with the steps in the center, made me feel like my bedroom was upstairs (it sort of was haha); the indoor pool was great. We had it all to ourselves, it was clean & didn't stink of chlorine, had ample towels on hand; we stayed as late as the front desk could let us and the housekeeping staff was patient, waiting for us to swim and go back & change (we'd been in the car for days & needed a break!); the room had everything we needed, was clean & quiet

Let’s start with the reasonable price! I had to move hotels because another night where I was staying jumped up by 40 bucks and since there are so many hotels in Lake City I just let booking.com do its job! I think this might be my favorite Lake City Hotel. The room was super clean and comfortable, the bed worked for me (the bed in the previous hotel was like sleeping on a rock, hated it). Everyone was very friendly and the breakfast had enough variety to make pretty much anyone happy. As a woman traveling alone I felt very safe here!

I’ve stayed in quite a few hotels in Lake City but this is my favorite. The staff is great, very friendly, I always feel welcomed here. The parking lot is well lit at night and as a woman traveling alone I have always felt safe here. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is very good and plenty enough for a variety of diets (in my case gluten free). The only reason I would not stay here is because they’re booked, I try not to let that happen!

I was traveling and stopped to book room. she contacted me to say that there was an issue with booking. she said we could deal with it when I arrived at the property. she went the extra mile and resolved the issue before I arrived and contacted me to let me know.

The room and the facility were spotless, and as a plus, smelled good--not like disinfectant or awful floral. The area seemed updated, with no squeaky appliances and cleaner carpeting. I appreciated that. The bathroom was sparkling--but no place to put any implements. Water hot and bed comfy enough,
